The free and paid files are available. A download does not activate sending: your own compatible AI account and business tools must connect, and each workflow needs its included send and stop checks before you enable it. Mainstreet.AI does not host your inbox or send on your behalf.

What does the free customer reply download do?

It gives you ChatGPT Work and Claude setup instructions for one narrow email workflow: acknowledge a new inquiry or answer a simple question using wording you approve. It walks through connecting your business email and testing that replies send once and stop when they should. Uploading a file does not turn it on. Mainstreet.AI charges nothing for the files; your AI or email provider may charge separately.

The goal is for you to connect your business systems and approve each workflow's wording, timing, channel, business hours, and exceptions before it runs. A customer reply, booking, decline, opt-out, or owner pause must stop an eligible follow-up.

Free, Starter, and Complete include ChatGPT Work and Claude setup paths. Each platform has different connector, scheduling, account, and permission requirements. A downloaded instruction file alone does not run a background service; use only workflows your own account supports.

Can it use my business text messages and voicemail?

Accepted Answer

Complete includes setup rules for callback intake from a verified missed-call or voicemail event on your own business phone provider. It does not answer calls or include a number. The separate $100 Phone Assistant Setup Kit helps you build a phone assistant using your own Twilio and voice AI accounts, with their own charges.
